The idle image will appear if the currently selected feed stops. This can happen if the live input feed drops or if the VOD file completes or stops.
To change the image click “Events” and choose “List Events” then select the “Feeds” button next to the Event you would like to change.
Under “Idle Image” select an image you have uploaded and then click “Set”. Even if the event is currently running, this new idle image will be updated.
