To connect your encoder to a Cloudmix RTMP input follow these steps:
- Copy the RTMP address and key from the Cloudmix input
- Paste the RTMP details into your encoder
- Set the resolution to match the resolution of your Cloudmix event (1280x720 or 1920x1080)
- Set the Frames Per Second (FPS) to match your event (25, 30, or 50)
- Set the encoder to x264
- Set the rate control to CBR
- Set the keyframe interval to 2 seconds
Finding your RTMP address:
You can get the RTMP address from 2 different places:
- Under "List Events" then choose "Feeds". The RTMP address and stream name will be listed for each RTMP input
- Directly from the Control Room by clicking the 'cog' icon under each RTMP input.

- Audio Sample Rate: 44.1kHz
