To download a full recording of an event, go to "List Events" and selecting "Recordings".
The "Recordiongs Overview" page will show a list of all recording sessions created for the chosen event, and the ones highlighted in blue show the currently active recording.
Click on the "Recordings" button next to the recording you would like to download and you will be taken to another page showing all recordings created for the chosen event session.
Select the recording session you would like to download and click "Recordings".
Next select the full recording session you would like to download and click the "Action" button.
If the recording has not yet been encoded you will need to select "Build MP4", otherwise select the "Download" or "Link" option.
Depending on the length of the recording, it can take several minutes to complete the encode before the file is available for download. In this case clicking the "Action" button will show a "Processing" message.
Please note you may be charged for storage and encoding costs.
